We are pleased to announce we will be

commencing with our development at

Ellerton Grange Barns during the spring

of 2014.

We acquired the site in 2008 due to the economic downturn and worldwide recession we made the decision to mothball the site until we felt the marketplace was ready to accept another quality Premiership development, we believe we are now in that period of growth and improving economic conditions. The site was formally part of the working farm of Ellerton Grange, the barns a total of seven on the complex, consisting of 5 Victorian red brick barns and 2 of sandstone construction, full details of layout and individual unit plans can be viewed and downloaded in pdf format by visiting our dedicated website www.ellertongrangebarns.com where artist impressions of the units can also be seen. We hope to complete The Dairy unit first, this will be the show home, whereby we can show the high quality of Premierships design team and its workforce’s detail to high quality finishes. It is our intention to construct all other barns to a pre finish standard to then discuss and finalise the actual finish with potential purchasers along with our interior design team, tailoring to suit individual discerning tastes we believe offering clients a choice which in quite unique to development companies.

We are delighted to announce we were finally granted planning permission for a single storey 3 bedroomed barn style dwelling with double garage and home office attached to code level 6 sustainable homes for life criteria, on a large plot adjoining one of our previous development sites at Pitchcroft Lane in the hamlet of Pave Lane.
